DREAM GROUP SESSION

We all experience the gamut from wild and crazy dreams to those that seem just 'ho-hum.'    
 
Dreams may amaze, amuse, frighten or inspire us but they will never lie.  The incredible truth is that even those mundane dreams contain valuable insights; messages from within...and above.   
 
When we learn to decode our own personal dream 'language' our  dreams begin to help us clarify what we don't often see in our busy waking lives.

We all know how great it feels to receive gifts.  We also know the joy of 'getting' is short-lived. Our lives are richer by far when we experience the sheer inner joy of sharing.

Truly giving from the heart fills our lives with real happiness and nourishes our soul. It provides a joyful reward that's far more valuable than the physical gift. As Mahatma Gandhi said, "To find yourself, lose yourself in the service of others."

Giving of ourselves is one of the best choices we can make towards achieving authentic happiness. True giving comes from the heart, with no expectation of return. The Divine Paradox shows us the more we give, the more we receive.

The giving doesn't have to be big; kind words, sincere smiles with eye contact, extending a hand to someone struggling, a phone call to someone who is alone.  There are so many ways to give.  One thing I know for sure,  we'll never be sorry we did.
