Achieving together by following best practices in equipment control etiquette

As the end of the year approaches, it is important to take some time out to focus on maintaining good equipment control etiquette. This will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of interactions with trading partners and ensure your supply chain is at peak performance.

Here's a refresher on some of the key recommendations created with our customers:
+ Ensure that appropriate documentation accompanies equipment movements
+ Be proactive with your trading partners - contact them before correcting or rejecting transactions
+ Respond in a timely manner to queries raised by trading partners
+ Engage in open and courteous communication with your trading partners
