Please consider presenting your program again through our webinar platform! With multiple excellent options throughout the conference, many SACSA Attendees struggles to choose between sessions. The webinar will allow SACSA members to participate in programs they were unable to attend at the conference. Please submit your proposal online here.

Mid-Manager's Institute

Call for Faculty

The Mid-Manager's Institute is an application-based program with focused and unique professional development experiences sponsored by SACSA and NASPA Region III. It offers an opportunity for mid-level professionals to enhance and develop the skills, relationships, and dispositions that distinguish them in the profession and enables them to make more meaningful contributions to the people and programs they serve.

The 2018 Mid-Manager's Institute is currently seeking senior student affairs professionals from Region III/SACSA to serve as the faculty mentors for the institute participants. Each faculty member will lead a cluster of 8-10 participants through the institute and serve as their mentor, facilitate small group discussions, and lead a presentation on a specific topic during the institute. The Institute will cover transportation and travel expenses and all faculty will stay on the Emory University campus.

Faculty must be able to commit for the entirety of the institute. Application Information Individuals who wish to be considered for 2018 Mid-Manager's Institute faculty, please submit:

Name, current position and institution.
A current Resume
A brief statement of interest (300-500 words)

Join us for the SACSA Networking Social!!

SASCA Atlanta's winter social is just around the corner. Join fellow SACSA members and others for an afternoon of fun and networking. Foundation

SACSA Foundation Update

The SACSA Foundation Trustees thank you for your recent contributions and support to the Foundation. In Chattanooga, we challenged you to give and you helped us exceed our expectations. Your generosity resulted in one of the highest conference giving ever. We are proud to announce that $6900 was received in donations and from the silent auction. A tremendous thank you for supporting the foundation as we support our members and ensure the financial future of the organization. A special thank you to Don Stansberry and his ODU team for the work with the silent auction. The auction provides another way for members to contribute.

As we move toward the end of the year, we hope you will considered making an end of the year donation to the Foundation. It is a great time to honor a colleague, mentor, student or friend by making a donation to recognize them. All momentary gifts are tax deductible. Please make your gift online here.

Finally, we would like to welcome Dr. Ken Posner, Associate Vice President for Student Affairs, Saint Leo University, to the Foundation as our newest trustee. Ken has much experience with development, and we are delighted he has joined us. Thanks for your continued support of the Foundation.
