Adopt an Angel

We are pleased to announce that we have teamed up with the Foothill Unity Center to bring joy to less fortunate children in Pasadena.  We would like you to join us November 27th- December 8th in our "Annual Adopt an Angel Program."
 
There will be a Christmas Tree in the Main Lobby of Building 251 decorated with Angels.  Please stop by and pick up an Angel.  Each Angel will have the name of the child, their age and a gift idea.  Please attach the Angel card you selected to your unwrapped gift and place it inside the decorated boxes by Friday, December 8th to ensure all the gifts are wrapped and delivered on time.

Let us help you with your holiday gift wrapping! Bring your unwrapped gifts and choose from a variety of holiday wrapping paper options. Your wrapped gifts will be ready the same day!
 
Please note that this service is reserved only for tenants of the 201, 225, 251 and 283 South Lake Avenue Buildings. In order to ensure that all tenants have the ability to participate in this event, there is a 5 gift maximum per person for gift wrapping.

Holiday Season Safety Tips

During the holiday season spirits are high and many festivities and traditions abound.
 
Unfortunately, one tradition that exists is that of increased thefts.  A little extra caution while you work or play will help make this a happy and safe holiday season.
 
The following procedures should be followed throughout the year, but especially during the holidays. Please take a few minutes to review these safety tips.

The Pantry at Friends In Deed serves supplemental food to over 200 low-income and homeless households each week. Without our support, many would go hungry.
