RideWorks update v2.01is ready to install! If automatic updates are selected on the iPad, the update will automatically install with a wi-fi connection. If not, look for the update notification and install when you have a few minutes to spare and a wi-fi connection.
In this update:
The issue preventing new order forms to be copied from RideWorks to Adobe Acrobat Reader is fixed.
The order form has been updated. If you have an order form template saved in Adobe Acrobat Reader, this will need to be updated with the new version of the order form.
A bug causing the app to occasionally crash has been fixed.
To assist us with processing your Custom Cushion orders timely and accurately, please be sure to capture the colored foam layer on the front and sides of the shape capture base in your scan. See below.
