On Saturday, December 9, 2017, six airlines - American Airlines, American Shuttle, Delta Shuttle, JetBlue, Alaska Airlines, Frontier Airlines, and Spirit Airlines - will relocate terminals at LaGuardia Airport.  The current and new terminal locations are listed here .

United has debuted several enhancements to their mobile app.  Some of these enhancements include allowing customers to access boarding passes for 19 other carriers through the app, storing cards in their Apple Wallet, and tracking bags throughout their entire journey.

REAL ID Update

What is the REAL ID Act and will your license be accepted to travel?  Starting in January 2018,  passengers who have driver's licenses issued by a state that is not yet compliant with REAL ID and that have not received an extension will need to show an alternative form of acceptable identification for domestic air travel.

TSA Precheck Tip


A tip to ensuring your TSA Precheck number is sent through to the carrier (other than having your ID name and ticket name match) is to have an airline frequent flyer account for the carrier you will be flying.  Travelers should add their Known Traveler Number to their frequent flyer account and names should match exactly.  If you don't have one, be sure to sign up before you travel!
