A business plan is an essential roadmap for business success. This living document generally projects 3-5 years ahead and outlines the route a company intends to take to grow revenues. At the same time the plan identifies and incorporates risks that the enterprise might face, so the small business owner is prepared. Business planning tools, examples and outlines are provided.

About FSBDC at Eastern Florida State College
The FSBDC at Eastern Florida State College provides existing and prospective entrepreneurs with high-quality management consultling, entrepreneurial training, and information access and transfer - enabling them to maximize their businesses' growth, competitiveness and profitability within their trading area.

 

The FSBDC at Eastern Florida State College is a subcenter of the FSBDC at the University of Central Florida. The FSBDC at UCF maintains its regional headquarters in Orlando and operates six full-service sub-centers. The FSBDC at UCF serves an eight county area that includes Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter and Volusia counties.
