Attention Supra Keyholders
Supra had an issue with the automatic billing in November, and none of the payments went through. Supra has sent keyholders emails instructing them to call and make payments. Due to the number of affected keyholders, the on-hold time is 20-30 minutes and the website is experiencing delays due to heavy traffic. Keyholders who don't contact Supra to make a payment by phone or online will have their key service turned off in 3 months for the November billing snafu.

The goal of this course is to provide practical information on the issues impacting practitioners in the property management field.
This course will include interactive classroom activities and discussion focused on the following topics:
- The importance of emerging economic trends on property management.
- Maintenance, accounting, administrative and legal activities.
- Current federal regulations, such as civil rights, fair housing & ADA issues
- Environmental concerns
- Owner & tenant relations
- Leases & Lease negotiation
- Residential, office & commercial property management
- Establishing professional credentials
This 30 hour course meets the minimum 30 hours of Broker pre-licensing elective education as set forth by the CT Real Estate Commission.
This course also meets the minimum requirement for 6 hours of elective CE credit.
Students must complete 30 hours of class time before they can take the final exam. A passing grade of 70% is required.

Auto-Pay Option Available for 2018 Association Dues Renewal
NHMR is making it easier for our Members to renew their 2018 Association Membership with an Auto-Pay option. When Auto-Pay has been enabled, and the member has their credit card info saved in their portal account, NHMR will automatically charge the credit card on file on January 1, 2018 for the 2018 Dues Assessment.
To activate Auto-Pay:
- Log-in to the NHMR Member portal on www.nhmrealtors.com
- Click on Update Your Member Profile
- Select Member Profile
- Click Yes for Enable Auto-Pay
- Click on Payment Information to record and store your credit/debit card information
Members who enable Auto-Pay but do not currently have a credit card on file, will need to enter their information.

Principles and Practices of Real Estate

Effective immediately the Association has changed the attendance policy for P & P classes. If a class is scheduled and running, a student can
join a class at any time they wish to rather than having to wait for a "start date".
When a class is scheduled and running students can join whenever it's convenient for them.....it's called open enrollment. The
price has also been lowered to $385 which includes books.
There are daytime and evening courses running in North Haven, and a daytime course in Old Saybrook.
