Congratulations to MCH Steering Committee Member Gaby Foster, President of Jalen's Gift Foundation in receiving The Winged Heart Award. Jalen's Gift Foundation is dedicated to assisting parents grieving from the devastating effects of infant mortality.  The Winged Heart Award recognizes outstanding nurses and non-profits who are dedicated to raising the bar of health care in southern Nevada.  The Award was created in 2013 by the Clark County Medical Society.
