Do you know... what the Early Intervention Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC) is? The ICC is a federally mandated statewide inter-agency group that advises and assists the Department of Public Health on Early Intervention. There are seven parent representatives who are members of the ICC, one parent for each region of the state and an at-large representative. The parent members are appointed to represent parents and their perspectives about early intervention policies and procedures. There is currently an opening for an At-Large Parent Rep., this parent can be from any region of the state.
