Last week, we told you all about how to use a template to send messages from the "generate messages" screen. If you missed the flyer, click here! In week 5 we would like to tell you all about how to add your logo to your CMC templates. See tip #5 below for a detailed explanation. 
Tip #5: How to add your logo to a template
First, you need to access your sample templates, make a copy of the desired template, and paste it into the CMC Template folder in the RMA Data file.


 

 

Next, open the copied template and locate the place within the template that you would like your logo to appear. (Typically between the <head> tags)

 

   

Finally, paste the following code in the desired location: 

<a href="http://www.yourwebsite.com"><img src ="http://www.yourwebsite.com/uploads/yourlogo.bmp"></a>

   

In order to do this, it will be necessary for you to have your logo accessible from a website. This is required so that your mail recipient can view the logo in your email.  

 

Don't forget to change "yourwebsite.com" to the actual website where your company logo is uploaded to. If your images are stored in a separate location other than "uploads" you will need to enter the correct path into the code and make sure that you have the correct file name for your logo.
