Last week, we told you all about how to add your logo to your CMC templates. If you missed the flyer, click here! In week 6 we would like to tell you how to get a copy of all emails in Outlook. See tip #6 below for a detailed explanation. 

This week we address a new feature in RMA version 6.2.2r4 (released on November 24) that gives you the ability to send a copy of your CMC emails to your own Outlook account.  We know this may not be for everyone (it can really fill up your inbox) but may be useful if you send only a few emails from RMA each week.  Here is how to get started.

To Automatically Send a Copy of all CMC Emails to the Original Sender and/or to a Specific Email Address, access Modules > CMC > CMC setup. You will see this screen:

Check the box next to "Send Copy of E-mails to Sender". This will send a copy of all emails to the sender's Outlook inbox. To set up the email address that your emails will be sent from, go to Lists > Employee Setup > Employees.


If you would like to send a copy of all emails to a separate email address other than the one indicated in Employee Setup, you will need to check the box next to "Send Copy of E-mails to Additional E-mail Addresses" and uncheck the box next to "Send Copy of E-mails to Sender". Enter the email address you would like copies sent to in the space provided.
Finally, if you would like to send a copy of all messages to the sender as well as any additional email addresses, simply check both boxes mentioned above. Don't forget to put a comma between each additional email that you would like to send a copy to. Don't forget to click the "Save" button on the bottom of the screen before closing the window!
