There is a key at the bottom left corner that will color code each message so you know exactly what the status is for your messages. If your message is highlighted in green, then it is "delivered". If your message is highlighted in another color, check the key and the status message.
You can filter your request using the options at the top of the screen to show only email, fax, or SMS messages. There are also options to pull up messages for a single customer - or even a group of customers. As you can see, there are many possibilities available to you.
Do note that there is often some delay from the time the message is actually delivered and when it will appear on the screen. (We put emphasis on the delivering of the message, then the display of its status.)
