When sending a fax statement (or other fax documents), the default option is for faxes to include a cover sheet. If you would like to save money and forgo the cover sheet, it is very simple to suppress! Simply go to CMC Setup > Modules > Customer Message Centre > Setup. Then check "Do not include cover page for Fax Statements". That's it!
Extra tip: If you ever wish to stop receiving confirmation emails when you send out a batch of emails from the Generate Message screen, that option is also on this screen as well!
When you go to send a fax, you will be given the opportunity each time to choose a cover sheet or skip it.
