At our Diocesan Convention last January, Bishop Beckwith invited our congregations and diocesan leaders to join in re-imagining how we all might better discern where the Spirit is leading us in our neighborhoods and communities. Since then individuals and congregations from all over the diocese have been engaged in this journey in a variety of ways.
We are very eager to share our experiences with you. We're inviting all lay people and clergy from every congregation to attend one of three gatherings this September, so we can update you on the journey thus far and listen to your feedback and ideas.

at Episcopal House in Newark
Saturday, September 17, 9:30-11:30 AM
at Church of the Saviour in Denville
We believe this is God's call for us - to be actively engaged where the Spirit of God is already at work so that we might see our future, not primarily as an institution, but as vital, thriving communities that work for the common good of God's people in our local areas. We encourage all our congregations to be with us on this journey.
