We live in a great country.  Sure, we have a few things that we need to smooth out.  After all, who doesn't have a complaint or two about government?

Still, we have a pretty high standard of living, we are an inventive, productive and efficient people.  We are incredibly diverse, which often causes family squabbles, but we all still celebrate the same basic ideals of freedom, even if we don't always understand them the same way.

Happy Independence Day!  Enjoy and celebrate.

Look for us, today, in the Micanopy Parade and with our tent at the festivities at the City of Alachua, this afternoon.
