The USC Summer Guitar Seminar is half way through. The students have been working very hard and are putting together a rock show and a final jazz show (2x's same show) that everyone is invited to!

 

Rock Show: Friday, July 8th 7:00 - 8:30 P.M.

Jazz Show: Thursday, July 14th 1:00 - 2:30 P.M. &  Friday, July 15 10:00 - 11:30 A.M

All shows are at The John ny Carson Soundstage on the USC Campus.

July 16th - 23rd
   Two  hard working young Panamanian piano players  from  Fundacion Danilo Perez 
won well deserved scholarships to come study in LA for a week at  Evan Avery 's  Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences  Jazz Camp that culminates in a performance at  Disneyland/California Adventure !  They will be accompanied by Luz Acosta, a great vocalist and bassist from the Fundacion. Shea had the pleasure of presenting the awards to both of them at the  Panama Jazz Festival  last January.
