SpokaneOpen.com Summer Weekend
|
THIS WEEKEND!
Your Communication/Member Services Committee has approved a modest Facebook marketing push to promote your listings on SpokaneOpen.com this weekend - July 9th and 10th.
The SpokaneOpen.com Summer Weekend will be a mini version of our annual Spokane REALTORS® Open House Weekend, though there will be no prizes this time.
Please consider listing a property or two for an open house this weekend, to be supported by this social media effort.
Watch the SAR Facebook page for the ad (pictured above), and like/share it with your clients and friends. At press time, our Facebook boost reports our message has been seen by more than 2,500 people.
We'll be curious to hear how this push supports your business.

Your Washington REALTORS® in-house counsel, Annie Fitzsimmons, is back with another video in her DOL (Department of Licensing) series.
This time, Annie discusses the importance of making sure that your Continuing Education Certifications are up-to-date and accurate for the DOL because of random auditing.
Also covered is the importance of cooperating with the DOL should you be involved in an investigation (directly or indirectly).
Don't risk losing your license! Watch this video to find out how you can avoid trouble with the DOL by staying on top of some basic housekeeping issues.

Other stories look at the final rule for the commercial use of drones and how laser technology can help lower flood insurance premiums.
The video also gives an update on NAR's efforts to get FHA condo financing improvements passed in Congress and it includes an excerpt from a recent tax planning webcast.
