Tentative Voters Meeting - July 19
On July 10 , Emmaus will hold their voter's meeting to decide the future of their property. We would like to schedule a tentative Voter's Meeting on July 19 at 6:30pm in the Community Room.  This meeting would occur if their decision is to allow St. John's to oversee their property.  This meeting would involve discussion regarding financials and vision.  We will let you know the outcome via email on July 11.

tables is Returning this Fall
Participants were blessed, and many new relationships were formed during the initial two sessions of tables. So, by popular demand, tables is coming back this fall in September, October and November! We are seeking hosts who enjoy entertaining and helping people who may not know each other find common ground. tables consists of three monthly dinners for eight (including you). tables is designed to create a casual social environment where Guests will have the opportunity to make new and deeper connections within the St. John's Community through a shared meal. Times and meal types are flexible. For more information click HERE to go the tables host FAQs tables web page . To volunteer as a Host, please complete the Connections insert and return it to Carolyn Otte.

Youth Group News

5th-8th-grade Youth Group
Fast. It's how our culture likes to do things. Unfortunately, the desire for instant results that gives us lasting unintentioned issues. The truth is, while fast is awesome, there are some things in life that just take time. Maybe that's why the Bible keeps mentioning this idea of sowing and reaping, or planting and waiting for something to grow. Because while our temptation will always be to look for a shortcut or to focus our attention somewhere that will give us faster results, we run the risk of missing out on some of the best things in life when we don't work on them over time.
5:30-7:00pm down in the Youth Room and ending in the Gym.
