What an honor! TAKE A BOW!!!
Businesses donating generously to help with fundraisers. Local artists sharing their talents to help CASI get the word out. Community individuals and organizations banding together with energy, passion and goodwill on behalf of our furry friends.
CASI has received donations from Reno, Douglas, Eldorado, Murphys and Mammoth, Alaska, Iowa, Missouri and even Sweden. And we've received help from you.
Thank you for sharing posts on Facebook, buying tickets to events, bidding on silent auction items, running in our 5K9, and bringing your dogs to pooch plunge.
Thank you for coming to meetings, volunteering at events, making donations, buying bricks and loving animals.
You make the difference as we continue on this journey.
We now have an exercise play yard to build. We'll be putting in fencing, shade structures, trees, and providing the opportunity for our shelter dogs to get out of their kennels for a bit.
It's an important project and we're grateful to have you on our team.

It's coming along!
There is so much to be grateful for! Carson City will soon have a new shelter that people will want to visit!
Unfortunately, CASI's work isn't over.
While the building will be much more inviting for people, and yes, more humane for the animals waiting to be adopted,
there are still critical needs.
In addition to continuing to help defray costs associated the new shelter, CASI's focus is creating, fencing and equipping an exercise play yard. We want to allow shelter dogs a chance to get out of their kennels and run, wiggle, play and destress...at least for a little while each day.
Hopefully in the next newsletter, we will be able to show the exercise play yard taking shape, but in the meantime,
we're pretty happy to continue showing the amazing building progress. Carson City and CASI supporters, you ROCK!
