Real Life, Real Hope Moments Share Personal Stories 

of Recovery and Health

Recovery from mental illness, trauma and addiction is possible, thanks to effective treatments and personalized support.

That's the message   CHR and WNPR are promoting through Real Life, Real Hope Moments, a series of six vignettes that tell the stories of Connecticut men and women who are finding their path and pursuing better health. Stories range from a young woman who is starting a new life after losing her home, her job and her children to alcoholism, to man who is engaged in life again after depression literally shut the door on everything in his life.
