The Court En Banc of the 31st Judicial Circuit will be receiving applications to fill the vacancies created by the intended retirement of Family Court Commissioners Scott Tinsley and Sue Chrisman, on October 31 and November 22, 2016. Both vacancies will be simultaneously filled from the same pool of applicants. The application period will be from July 22 through August 19, 2016. The qualifications, jurisdiction, term of office and compensation for both positions shall be those found in Sec(s) 487.020, 487.050 and 487.080, RSMo, and, will include, but not be limited to, Family Court and Juvenile cases.
