If your company consists of 10 employees or more, you may be subject to Proposition 65 regulations on any products sold in California.  In this case, we suggest that all such products intended for sale in California reflect the following warning on the labels:

 

WARNING:  This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

 

This is not to say that any of the products sold by Vitalabs are in violation of Proposition 65, but given the litigious nature of this law, we feel it is much better to take proactive steps in avoiding any potential issues. 

 

A very easy and efficient manner in which to proceed is to simply apply stickers to all bottles being sold within California.  If the volume of product sold in California is sufficient enough, you may wish to consider adding the warning to your product labels.
