 Come to Yoga at the Farm on Monday and Thursday at 6 PM all summer.

Be Smart in the Sun
 In observance of UV Safety Month, the Wellness Team reminds you to take care of your eyes as well as your skin this July.
Here are some tips from the AAO.
You don't need to have the most expensive glasses to protect your eyes, almost any pair will work. Just make sure they fit your (or your kid's) face well and they come with a sticker which says they block 99 to 100 percent of both UVA and UVB rays.

Healthy Eating Challenge
121 Fitness is offering another round of the 21 Day Healthy Eating Challenge starting on July 7. The challenge provides the knowledge, resources, and motivation to greatly improve your diet in less than one month! Discover and create new healthy habits with 121 Registered Dietitian Ryanne Gallagher.
The June class was a great success. One happy participant shared, "I lost about 3-4 pounds, but more importantly, feel better. I have several new plant-based recipes that I love, and still more that I have yet to try."

More and more research and discussion has been centered on a relatively new area of research called Positive Psychology. Positive Psychology is the scientific study of human flourishing. It includes an applied approach to optimal functioning. Another definition? The study of the strengths and virtues that enable individuals, communities and organizations to thrive.
