Apply by  July 26, 2016  and you could receive  up to $50,000 through the Government of Canada's Enabling Accessibility Fund (EAF) to help improve accessibility in your facility or venue through 2 funding streams;  Workplace Accessibility Stream and Community Accessibility Stream.  

Successful applicants with receive 65 percent of eligible project costs, up to a maximum of $50,000.  For more details, click HERE.

The Hon. Amrik Virk was appointed Minister of Technology, Innovation and Citizens' Services in 2014. At the July luncheon, you'll learn about the recently announced $100-million BC Tech Fund, an avenue for capital and support funding for promising start-up companies and the plan that highlights K-12 curriculum changes that provide 'coding' learning opportunities for more than 600,000 B.C. students. Innovation Island will also discuss recognition of Nanaimo's growing importance as BC's fourth fastest growing tech centre. It's a busy time for tech, it will be a busy luncheon! How can you cash in?
