How in the heck does this ever get sorted out? I am confused as to how this is proceeding and why Maliki is heading his own party

Awake-in-3D: Just a quick flyby... I personally know individuals with very substantial ZIM holdings - and who are uniquely lodged and "known" to Sr. Wealth Mgmt. at Wells Fargo.
They are NOT exchanging or being "collected". Please... do not go out and purchase ZIM with money you can't afford to spend, based on today's "SitRep". I don't want to see anyone get hurt. :)

Awake-in-3D: I did NOT say the ZIM was not exchangeable. Not even close to meaning that. I was talking about the SitRep report. No "whales" are exchanging ZIM... yet.
I guess this is why I don't care much for the scrolling chat room mode for exchanging important information.... things can get misconstrued and amplified in a heartbeat... yikes! ;)

I expected to see another LOI after the six months December LOI has expired, and that the next LOI would go beyond 2016 into the next few years, because this was going to be the reconstruction phase. This is the Marshall Plan.
Finally, last December, the PTB stepped in with a comprehensive plan for Iraq that included restructuring the banks, preparing for the loans, bonds, improved credit rating, RVing, liberating Mosul, and starting the private sector reconstruction phase. Again, I didn't look for the RV until I saw the PTB make a move committed to Iraq.

The post regarding my "all green light" analogy was from a private conversation that occurred last Friday. It's important to know that, because it's being misunderstood that this information is from last night or this morining... which is not accurate.
The complex process that leads to private exchanges commencing encountered a yellow light - which is where we are right now... at this moment.
The yellow light analogy means that the process is proceeding with caution as some loose ends are tied up...
Some were reporting last night that the redemptions ("exchanges" in DL vernacular) have commenced and that 800#s are to be released at any moment. This is not true IMO
It is critical to understand that the rumors of "it's done" and similar come from Banking Sources
The banks want this whole thingy to happen as much as we do and they overreach on their conclusions

Finance Committee: issuing banknotes which include the marshes and Antiquities does not need to enact a law
07/20/2016 BAGHDAD / JD / .. the parliamentary finance committee confirmed, that the issuance of banknote by the Central Bank of Iraq, which included the marsh sites and relics does not require new legislation.
A member of the committee MP Ahmed Sarhan told / KD / that "the Central Bank Law gave permission to a central cash by issuing new editions, where the central bank when it issued the 50,000 dinars edition did not consult any party."
He added that "the central bank's intention to issue banknotes which include the marshes and relics sites after practice those areas within the World Heritage does not require new legislation in parliament," adding it was "a nice idea to the marshes and areas of
