CONSTRUCTION ALERT!
STREET CLOSURES BEGINNING TOMORROW EVENING:
BROADWAY STREET CLOSURE
The 3030 Development will be airlifting equipment to be installed on the roof of the building beginning on Thursday, 21st at 7PM and should conclude no later than 6AM July 22nd.
The Broadway closure will be from 3000 - 3040 N. Broadway.
BARRY STREET CLOSURE
On July 22nd, 600-619 W. Barry will be closed between the hours of 6AM-4PM. Work will start at 9AM and conclude at 4:00PM.
We anticipate the construction will be concluded in the coming weeks with an anticipated opening for Mariano's in August.

Robert Jeffrey Salon recently moved from their old location on Halsted Street to their new location at 3153 N. Broadway. CLARK STREET DOG ON WCIU
Jon Hansen from WCIU's You & Me recently visited Isaac Work at Clark Street Dog to highlight their specials for National Hot Dog Month! Clark Street Dog is also hosting an Instagram contest: every week during the month of July if you tag or hashtag Clark Street Dog in a picture you will be entered in the contest. Whoever gets the most likes on their Instagram photo each week will win free hot dogs for a year.

SIDEWALK SALE PERMITS FOR LAKEVIEW EAST BUSINESSES
The Lakeview East Chamber of Commerce has pulled Sidewalk Sale Permits for certain weekends throughout the summer/fall in order to activate the pedestrian walk. If you would like to have a sidewalk sale in front of your storefront please print out one of our permits and have it on-hand. The addresses included in these permits are:
400 W. to 800 W. Belmont Ave.
2800 N. to 3500 N. Broadway
2800 N. to 3228 N. Clark St.
2800 N. to 3200 N. Halsted St.
400 N. to 800 W. Diversey Pkwy.

UFC Gym - Wrigleyville (3215 N. Broadway) is hosting a Members Party at their gym on Wednesday, July 27th from 5pm - 9pm, but you don't have to already be a member to attend. The event is open to the public and will have beverages, food and more! ROOM RENTAL SPACE AT COMEDY SPORTZ
The CSz Education Training Center 12' x 16' room is climate-controlled, fits 10-12 people and is located at 3435 N. Sheffield Ave in Lakeview. Chairs, a dry erase board and markers are provided, and a table is available on demand. Clean, accessible bathrooms are conveniently located next to the room. This space is great for a business meeting or special event as there is full daytime availability, seven days a week, as well as for a rehearsal, class, audition or performance.
The regular rental is $15/hour to rent the room at Comedy Sportz, but they are offering Lakeview area businesses a special rate of $10/hour.
