We are working with Dartmouth Centers for Health and Aging to evaluate the Referral, Education, Assistance, and Prevention (REAP) Program to increase its responsiveness to the needs of senior housing professionals and residents. REAP provides education and short-term counseling onsite for residents of senior housing. Anyone age 60 and older in the community is also eligible for services. Technical assistance for housing professionals working with challenging residents is also available. REAP is publicly funded and all services are provided at no cost. Services are delivered through the community mental health centers.
If you work with residents of senior housing, please take a few minutes to complete this survey even if you have not used REAP. Your answers will be completely anonymous and will be compiled and analyzed by Dartmouth Centers for Health and Aging.
