Summer Music & More Concert Series: Echoes of Sinatra with Steve Kazlauskas

Join us in the Brubeck Room, rain or shine, on July 28 for  the  Echoes of Sinatra with Steve Kazlauskas --  the final concert of Wilton Library's Summer Music & More series.   All are welcome - concerts and refreshments are free thanks to the generous sponsorship of The Village Market and wine donation from Michael Crystal. Weir Farm Artist-in-Residence Exhibition/Reception: Myda Iamiceli
Monday, July 25 @6pm
July brings Myda Iamiceli to the Weir Farm Artist-in-Residence program. Her work focuses on a video project about the experiences of second-generation Cuban-Americans. The project shows a different point of view, that of the child of the immigrant. Using the natural beauty of Connecticut as inspiration, she has created works to augment her video project. Co-sponsored by Weir Farm Art Center and Weir Farm National Historic Site and presented by Wilton Library. More info & register
Skateboard Artwork for Teens
Tuesday, July 26 & Thursday, July 28 @4pm
Transform an old skateboard into a piece of artwork with a little inspiration from the masters -- Picasso, van Gogh, Dali, Monet and more. This is a 2-day workshop for teens entering grades 6-12. Space limited. All materials supplied. Sponsored by the John and Patricia Curran Teen Fund.  More info & register
