Schedule automated emails to ensure that you are communicating the right message to your customer at the right time. Schedule a "Welcome" email or maybe a "Time to pay your bill" SMS message. Show your customers that you care and that their convenience is a priority by always staying one step ahead.
To get started, go to Modules > Customer Message Centre > Generate Messages to create criteria for the message that will be scheduled to send out to customers. Include all information that will specify which customers you would like to receive this message. Don't forget to select your template that you would like to use! Save this Criteria by clicking the save button at the bottom.
To schedule this message to send, click on the scheduler button on the left-hand side.
This will bring you to the CMC scheduler, where you can fill out your information accordingly regarding the future time that you would like for this message to be sent out to customers. You will be required to fill out the route date, printer, and email information as shown below.
Click on Schedule to set the time and date the message will be sent.
You may also use the drop down menu to schedule the Occurrence of this message.
Once all fields have been filled out accordingly, click OK on the Scheduler, then SAVE, then OK once again when you have been told that your workflow has been saved.
When you are back on the CMC Generate Messages screen, select START as you normally would. This message has now been saved and scheduled to send out at the time and date that you have indicated.
