Update on pending sale of Lodge and Spa at Cordillera
Dear Cordillera Property Owners,
As the Boards and Legal Committee anticipated, Eagle County Managing Director of Community Development withdrew his interpretation that was previously issued on June 1 in response to a request for interpretation submitted by Concerted Care Group Management.
The Director issued a new interpretation effective today, July 11, in response to a request for interpretation submitted by Behringer Harvard. The Director's new interpretation is identical to that interpretation given on June 1, except that the interpretation is now effective as of today.
Since the Director withdrew the June 1 interpretation, the appeal previously submitted by the CPOA and CMD is deemed moot and therefore there the County vacated the hearing scheduled for July 18 before the Board of County Commissioners.
The CPOA and CMD (and any other party) will now have 30 days to submit an appeal of the Director's new interpretation effective today. Once appealed, a new hearing date will be scheduled before the Board of County Commissioners.
