This Summer at Tahoe has been fantastic. Perfect temperatures. We still have another 6 weeks of summer . If you don't have time to come to Tahoe in the next month, don't worry September and October are the best times to come.

2016 is turning out to be a VERY HOT with homes sales year. Sales numbers are up 36.7% over this time last year.  The median sales price is already up 11.8% over last year .  This is great since the market had stagnated last year. At this time  last year the median price was $550,000, 
currently it is $615,000.
