Open meeting  on possible rule changes for order routing, security-based swaps and enforcement strategies.  The agency is set to propose a tighter rule for how brokers disclose order routing for institutional and retail clients, part of a series of market structure rules.  They will also consider tweaks to Regulation SBSR for security-based swap entities, and whether to address "redundant, duplicative, overlapping, outdated, or superseded disclosure requirements."
