Congratulations to the Welton Corridor Commercial Property Owners!
We have successfully submitted more than the minimum requirement of signatures to create a Business Improvement District. We submitted petitions from commercial property owners that represented 56% of the land and 62% of the land value. The minimum is 50% plus one.

Join us Saturday June 18, 2016 in Historic Five Points for the 2016 Juneteenth Music Festival. Nearly 200 merchants will line Welton Street between Park Avenue and 28th to celebrate Freedom, Community and Culture.
Live Music from some of Colorado's best including The Mighty Nice Band, Greg Goodloe and Samba Colorado.
The Juneteenth Parade stages at 8am at Manual HS and starts at 10am.
Other programming at Juneteenth Music Festival include, The Juneteenth Job Fair, Skill on the Grill Competition, Juneteenth Live Art, Juneteenth After Comedy Jam at the Crossroads Theater, Juneteenth GreenZone.

This year's Five Points Jazz Festival was incredible with record breaking attendance! We had approximately 50,000 people walking the streets of Five Points enjoying good food, great music, and loads of fun! The weather forecast was predicted at 85 degrees - hot and sunny all day long!
