Paint Material List
- Having a paint material list that shows your included items can be a useful tool when repairing a vehicle and should be something that is posted in your facility. In
DEG Inquiry Number 9449
that was submitted to CCC it shows, "on any estimate the required materials necessary is best reserved for the judgment of an estimator/appraiser following a thorough review of vehicle repair requirements."
The estimating databases are all intended to be used as a GUIDE ONLY - it is important to remember that the auto body professional performing the repair is in a position to thoroughly inspect, diagnose and identify the methodology and their unique cost of the vehicle damage repair.
