Congratulations to Project Manager Cindy Nguyen, who was recently honored for fostering a culture of support for members of the National Guard and Reserve. The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Patriot Award reflects selfless efforts made to support citizen warriors through a wide range of measures, including flexible work schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed.

Once the pages are up and running, there's a collective sigh of relief and a natural inclination to check off the box and move on to something else. DAI SOLUTIONS WELCOMES THREE NEW EMPLOYEES 

Brandon Soublet, Patricia Anyanwu and Kristi Kelly
DAI Solutions is pleased to welcome three new employees: management consultants Patricia Anyanwu and Kristi Kelly and communications consultant Brandon Soublet. The team members will each play a unique role in our client work with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
 
Brandon is a well-rounded communicator and strategist with experience in public and private sector employee and corporate communications, marketing, strategic planning and project management. Brandon, previously a consultant for the Department of Veterans Affairs, will provide communications support for HHS.
 
Patricia has spent the past five years performing requirements analysis for federal government IT systems which were being upgraded or replaced. She will be leading requirements management research and systems testing efforts and supporting change control process needs at HHS during the implementation of an upgraded IT system.
 
Kristi has more than 25 years of business analysis, program management and strategic communications experience in the public and private sectors. She has worked in the areas of business process improvement and cost reduction; risk management and mitigation; performance management; metrics and key performance indicators; and quality assurance/quality control. Her focus at HHS will be business process analysis.
