Update on pending sale of Lodge and Spa at Cordillera
Dear Cordillera Property Owners,
As you are aware, the Cordillera Metro District (CMD) and Cordillera Property Owners Association (CPOA) submitted a joint appeal to the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners on June 29, 2016, regarding the interpretation of the permitted uses on the Lodge Parcel and Village Center Parcel on which the Lodge and Spa at Cordillera is located.
The Board of County Commissioners Appeal Hearing has been scheduled for Monday, July 18 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Eagle County Hearing Room, 500 Broadway, Eagle.
This hearing is open to the public and additional details will be forth coming next week.
