Join friends and family as they "Glow in the Night", each at the own speed through the small town street in Loa, Uta at the 2nd Annual Wayne County Fair Glow Run, a fundraiser for the Wayne High School Cross Country Team.  Nothing beats a cool summer's night at 7400ft elevation.
