Amy's Corner:

Y'all, this Southern gal is freezin'! I hope everyone is staying warm out there and taking the opportunities for hot drinks and deep conversations that being forced indoors creates. I certainly have, and it's a blessing to meet with students,  pray with them, and see God move in their lives . At the conclusion of this month our Lewis Reading group is halfway through meeting to discuss The Four Loves. We'll meet one more week to finish up and talk about the love (agape) of God. I'm looking forward to that! We will meet again in February to discuss the essay The Weight of Glory and I can't wait! The conversations we have are inspiring and I pray that God uses this group to draw people closer to Himself.

Our men's and women's fellowships are enjoying being together. We are going through the gospel of John in our women's weekly tea, and having great discussions about how we can practically apply the Word of God to living out our lives. The men's group always has a stimulating and enlightening discussion and it's fantastic to have TJ, a SJC graduate student join their community every Tuesday.

We had a movie night the other week where a small group of us watched Schindler's List. One word: intense. I have met with the archons of the Christian fellowship and we are hoping to try and plan a joint fellowship again on campus at SJC for the johnnies and the midshipmen. Please pray for us that we would proceed with God's guidance!

As always, please pray for opportunities for those of us connected with CSLI to converse with students in order to share the love of Jesus!

In Him,

Amy
