New (+ 'new to you') Tools for Faith Formation
Faith formation programs require a LOT of communication. Did you know that your software has built-in tools to help you reach exactly the right people? It's true! Check out this video for tips on getting emails out the door quickly to specific individuals as well as entire classes, terms, and sessions. Whether you need to reach students, parents, or both, you can do it all using ConnectNow Religious Education.
Our 4.3.7 update to the ConnectNow Religious Education program brings many new enhancements, directly to your fingertips! Here are just a few of the many highlights coming this month (updates are applied by diocese per a pre-determined schedule, and we'll notify users with active ConnectNow Family Suite accounts via Constant Contact email as soon as their systems have been updated):
- Select multiple classes to view, email, or export a combined list of students in the selected classes. This functionality delivers even more powerful reporting and communication abilities, just in time for Religious Education registration!
- Bulk-copy classes to a destination term and session to save a substantial amount of time in setting up the new year.
- Print blank and or pre-populated Registration Forms, which contain the most up-to-date information about students and families in your ConnectNow database. Show families what information you have, and ask them to let you know if anything needs updating, or ask them to update their own records from the My Own Church parishioner portal.
- Tuition updates galore! Including the ability to set up discounts and credits.
