The Chester Development Association and the Chamber are partnering to host Former SC Secretary of Labor Catherine Templeton for a Lunch & Learn.  The State Chamber has joined with the Manufactures Alliance, the Hospital Association and the Restaurant and Lodging Association to form Palmetto Shield.  As a member of this group, Ms. Templeton is touring the state to give an update on union activity in business/industry.
