Midwestern Higher Education Compact & Education Commission of the State (July 2016)
MHEC and ECS surveyed the states to compare faculty qualifications for instructors of dual enrollment classes. The study found that Michigan, like the vast majority of states, requires instructors to hold equivalent faculty qualifications to make the course eligible for state funding.
