Which Rate Class?

When using The Agent Term Store, the more you know about your client, the better chance you'll provide the most accurate rate class. Here are a few tips to consider: 

Health History
Any history of cancer, heart disease, diabetes? If so, you should start with a Standard rating.

Height and Weight
If you client is 6 ft, but over 230 lbs, they probably won't qualify for a Preferred rating.

Tobacco Use 
If your client just quit smoking, they won't qualify for Preferred non-tobacco.

Family History 
To qualify for Preferred Plus, your client would need to have no death of a parent or sibling prior to age 60 due to Cancer or Heart Disease.

Blood Pressure and Cholesterol 
Treatment allowed with good control to qualify for a Preferred rating.

Most important, if you have any questions, give us a call before quoting your client. It's better to under promise and over deliver when it comes to providing a rate class to your client.
