Message from the President

Join us tomorrow for our Government and Legislative Affairs (GALA) meeting at the Chamber from 8:30-10:00 a.m. This is a very interesting and informative group that is growing every meeting.

Saturday is our outside Painting Party at the Chamber. We are looking to get started around 7:30 am when it is cooler and hope to be done in a few hours. Einstein Bros. Bagels will provide breakfast and we will order in lunch.
We are grateful to Woodlake Self Storage for providing us with paint. The Chamber needs to look spiffy for our grand re-opening on August 9th. BBQ Events by Cindy will be providing great food for our joint ribbon cutting. Stay tuned for further details.

Next week is our Leads Group on Monday from 11:45 am.-1:00 p.m. at the Chamber followed by the Mastermind group meeting from 4:00-5:00 p.m. For all of you that have never tweeted or just want to know more about Twitter, join our workshop "What's up with Twitter?" at the Wild Manta Ventures presented by Cheri and Richard Martin from WCN Interactive on Thursday from 3:30-5:00 p.m.

Mastermind Meeting Group

Join us for our next Mastermind Group Meeting.

This group is going to help you go through challenges using the collective intelligence of others. The participants will tackle challenges and problems together, lean on each other, give advice, share connections and do business. This is a limited group that attendees need to apply to participate.

Workshop: What's up with Twitter?

Twitter is one of the top social platforms, however, the number one question we are most often asked is, "Why do I need to be on Twitter?".

In this workshop we will give you a closer look at Twitter, a 'micro blog', and the benefits of using it to grow your business. You will learn how other organizations are marketing on Twitter, some dos and don'ts of using Twitter, as well as tips on how to tell if your social media activity on Twitter is working! When you leave this workshop you will know 'What's up with Twitter' and the steps to take to get results.
