Villa Ave. Paving Project Update 7.7.16

The following is a brief update for the Villa Ave. project:

Approximately 1,200 feet of 15" & 18" sewer and associated manholes has been installed to date (from Columbia to House # 1408);
Today, the work begins on installing the sanitary sewer leads on the south side of Villa (work to progress from Columbia to the west);
The sanitary sewer lead work will continue the rest of this week and into next week;

During construction, the City inspector and contractor foreman will be on site to respond to your immediate concerns. (i.e., dust, mud, entering and exiting streets and driveways) Most isolated instances are resolved by our "field" personnel. They should be dressed in an orange vest, or you may ask others on the job site for the inspector. Should larger issues arise, feel free to call the Engineering Department at 248-530-1850.
