Hello Everyone!

It's hard to believe it's July already!

School is out ... so we hope Bermuda families and summer camps will come explore the East End, and that everyone will pass on the information about these
family-friendly activities to visitors.  (Be sure to read on past my ramblings for the printable events calendars!)
  • Family-Friendly Tours:
    • Deliverance Pirate PartyYoung buccaneers aged between 5 and 12 are invited aboard the Deliverance for a tour, storytelling, games and snacks.
    • Defenders of Bermuda Forts Tour:  Explore Gates Fort and Alexandra Battery, then take a special tour by lantern of Fort St. Catherine.
    • Haunted History: Great for families, this interactive and
engaging walking tour tells stories of St. George's residents from the 17th and 18th centuries.
    • Bronco Horse & Carriage Tour: Clip-clop around the coast of St. George's with this top-rated East End experience!
    • Olde Towne Railway: Children love a choo-choo train! This fun tour runs several times a day.
    • Horse Trail Ride at Moran Meadows: Explore St. George's by horseback!
    • Special Museum Tours:  Just because school is out, the learning doesn't have to stop! Students young and old will enjoy visiting our historic sites, which can offer special group tours and interactive activities.
  • The Ocean!: Summertime is for splashing in and over the waves! Of course there are several beaches and coves in St. George's, but if your family is looking for an adventure consider these options
    • KS Watersports has several options that are perfect for families, including Boat Rentals and the Wildcat!
    • Just Add Water is based in the East End as well, and offers kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing and glass bottom boat tours!
    • Achilles Bay,  Tobacco Bay and Gombey's at Clearwater Beach have water rentals so, did someone say snorkelling?!
Hope to see you soon in the East End!

ps. Check out these two shows that aired on NBC New York the last weekend in June. 1st Look is a 20 minute show about Bermuda, and there was a 4 minute segment that featured a tour of St. George's with me and my bicycle Shoshanna!  Open House is a 5 minute show and the entire episode was about Stewart Hall and the Bermuda Perfumery.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Hikes,  bicycle  rides, walking tours, foraging tours, rowing tours, jet ski tours, happy hours... even a pirate party!

For a one page wonder, print the events calendar double-sided  on legal sized paper.
