DuPage Express provides competitive basketball for local players with a 28-game season with Supreme Courts as its home gym.

August 29-31..................... DuPage Express Official Try-outs 

September 1-30................. Roster Invites/Team Assignment

October 3........................... Rosters finalized 

October 10......................... Uniform Fitting and Team Meetings

October 31......................... Practice begins

PRACTICE SCHEDULE

One team practice per week along with one training session!

Typical Practice Times:

Monday 5:15-6:45

Tuesdays 5:15-6:45 (Skill Training) 

Wednesday 5:15-6:45

Thursday 5:15-6:45 

Friday 6:45-8:15, 8:15-9:45  

GAME SCHEDULE  (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
All Dupage Express Teams will play in the
WEST SUBURBAN YOUTH LEAGUE (WSYL) 
16 Game League

All Dupage Express Teams will also play in 3 CYBN Tournaments Throughout the Season.
COACHES

All teams will be coached by an experienced parent coach or Supreme Courts staff coach. We are always looking for qualified coaches. Coaches will be selected based on experience and will need to be willing to adhere to DuPage Express principles.

  • Playing time:  Balanced play, with the goal being each player will average half of each game
  • Offense and Defense Strategy:  Motion offense principles and man-to-man defense
  • Development Focus:  Practices will focus on developing fundamental skills that can be built upon
