Joey Graham
With over 13 years' experience in the DME industry,  Joey Graham  is an expert in DME operations and revenue cycle management. From humble foundations as a DME service technician Joey has risen through the ranks while simultaneously earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) to become first a General Manager of a DME provider in Florida, then a Senior Consultant for a major DME software provider for a major DME provider, VP of Reimbursement for a large provider, and now VP of Operations for   Prometheus Group.

How to Use HDMS to Develop Key Metrics
This session will focus on understanding the common key metrics in DME and why they are important.  Users will learn where the data requirements are stored in HDMS and how to calculate them.  You will walk away from this session knowing how to apply these metrics to your business decision-making processes.

Clean Order to Clean Claim Workflow
This session will show the user what is meant by "clean order" and "clean claim" and why it is important?  The user will learn the features and functions in HDMS that enable the clean claim process.  It will also focus on implementation options and measuring success.
