One of the best things about independent bookstores is their sense of community, including among themselves. This Independence Day, we would like to share some picks from another independent bookstore, Parnassus Books in Nashville, owned by bestselling author, Ann Patchett. Ann, with the help of her staff, has assembled a list of the 75 Best Books of the Past 75 Years. We are also thrilled to announce that the amazing Ann Patchett will visit An Unlikely Story this fall to introduce her new novel, Commonwealth. Keep an eye on our Events Calendar!

We will be open from 10am-4pm on Independence Day, Monday, July 4th.
Wishing you and your family a safe and happy holiday!
