Focuses on puberty and natural changes that occur during adolescence. Topics include stages of human development, major events of puberty, reproductive system basics and the menstrual cycle. Since mom and daughter are learning together in a comforting atmosphere, the barriers for conversation are reduced. Recommended for ages 9-12. $14 per person.
